• She will stay at home.
• She has to look after the children after her marriage.
• She is not able to make any major decision for her family.
• She will get less food them her brother.
• She is accepted happily when she was born.
• She is always thinking about getting married.
• She plays with dolls when she was a child.
• She is not able to talk about her physical problems to her parents because of her shyness.
• She does not bother about what is happening around the world.
• She likes ornaments like all other girls in the world.
• When she is old she becomes more religious.
• She has more intimacy with her grandchildren in older age.

What are the stereotypes of ideal Bangladeshi Man?

The main stereotypes of Bangladeshi woman are given below:

v     He goes outside can stay outside for longtime.

v     He plays with ball and cars.

v     He does not think about cooking.

v     He does like to look after his children

v     He very angry.

v     He gets the power to take his own decisions.

v     He has a dominant mentality.

v     He thinks about his career.

v     He also gets more religious in his old age.

v     He does not bother about his clothing much.

There are so many points I can mention but I think all the stereotypes are same like other male and female living around the world. But I think the major points are almost written by me. The situations of girls are changing in Bangladesh. The urban Bangladeshi girls are wearing western dresses, gets education facilities etc. So I got a bit confused what the “Ideal” stereotypes should be!! But suddenly I remembered that the village women are still maintaining the original stereotypes of Bangladeshi woman.

• Power over others: “Power over others” means the power to rule others. Such as; Teacher has a power to rule his or her students; Parents have the power to punish their children when they are doing something wrong. I see these criteria around me always.

• Cooperative power: When powerful association or powerful people are cooperated together and create a more powerful identity is called “Cooperative power”. For example; The daily “Prothom Aloo” and “ABC Radio” are the attached together for news presentation under the “Transcom group” in Bdangladesh. Here these two types of  media(Electronic-Radio & Print-Newspaper)are working together to collect news around my country.

• The power to realize desires or needs: Every human being has the ability to realize his or her needs. They use their internal power when they want to get their needs. For example; I have a power inside me which make me able to understand what I want and why I want.

• Impersonal power relation: People usually have a dominant ideology inside them. Such as: Sometimes they start fighting when their ideology is misinformed. This type of power is called “Impersonal power relation”.

There are three basic colors used in this logo.

They are:

¨      White

¨      Blue

¨      Yellow.

There are texts (University’s name in Bangla and English language) written in black color. It is “U” in shape and a white nib in the middle with yellow circle behind.There is blue star in the middle of  the names.

Connotative Meaning of the Logo:

There is rising sun behind the nib which indicates that education is the only way the start a new shining (successful) day. The nib symbolizes education. Blue background is the blue sky which represents the vat area of education The University is like a clear blue sky to search news thing and increase knowledge and make us prepared for the competitive world. It is “U” shape that indicates that this university is for “YOU” (the fresher) means us the knowledge seekers.The small blue star indicated as the milestone of our life.

Subjectivity: (Noun) Subjectivity means something existing in mind rather than in real life.{Bastob-dormi}

Objectivity:(Noun) Objectivity means something existing in real world with facts.{Bosto-nisto}

Status quo: (Noun) Status quo is a Latin word which indicates a situation as it is now.{Bortoman obostha}

Consensus: (Noun) An opinion among somebody about something that all members of a group agree with. {Procholito mott}
